Who to choose?
There are good and bad trainers out there, some with big national companies where you would expect high standards and conformity! That doesn't always happen ...
CHECK THE TRAINER OUT BEFORE COMMITTING!
Insist on meeting your trainer - not just a representative from the School.
Are they ORDIT Registered?
• Do you like him/her?
• What materials do they use - do they provide lesson plans for instance?
• Are they flexible with timings?
• Are you committed to a lot of money up front?
• Can you sample the training first at an hourly rate with no committment?
• Does the School stick to one-to-one training or could there by two or even three trainees in the car with one trainer?
If you have to pay up front, is the amount of time/money allocated to the first 2 exams transferrable to the 3rd exam if, (as often happens) you don't need a great deal of help with Part 1, and possibly not a lot of help with Part 2.
